Updated May 2025....Graystone Builders of Maine built my home in 2016 and did a fantastic job. But I wanted to follow up with another note of appreciation. Nearly nine years later, I had an issue with the furnace—well outside any builder warranty period. Still, the Graystone team was incredibly helpful. They took the time to look up old records and even contacted their subcontractors to get me the information I needed to resolve the issue. That kind of responsiveness and support, years after the fact, really says a lot about how they stand behind their work. Original Review: Highly recommend. Woods was excellent to work with and built a very good house for us. We built a new house in Kittery and and from planning through finish everything went very well and excatly as we agreed to. Even after the work was completed and we had some roof damage from falling trees, he came back and took care of those repairs as well!
